Request for Guest Room (Family Room)
Term & Condition
- The guest room can be requisitioned by any teacher/officer of the university as host. The purpose of the visit of the guest must be related to the academic activities of the university.
- A family consisting of a maximum of four (two adults and two children below 10 years of age) guests are allowed to stay in this room. No one except authorized guest(s) is allowed to stay in the room.
- A room can be requisitioned for a maximum of 30 days at a time.
- Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time is after 2 pm.
- Room rent is BOT 1,500/- per day. However, the authority reserves the right to change the room rent at any time.
- No booking will be confirmed without advance payment of the room rent.
- Payment is to be deposited to bank Account No. 034058551, Name: Provost, Sir P J Hartog International Hall, University of Dhaka, Sonali Bank, DU Campus Branch. Any type of cash transaction is strictly prohibited.
- A copy of the NID or passport of the guest is to be submitted to the office before checking in to the room.
- The authority reserves the right to cancel the room allotment without any prior notice. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
