Request for Guest Room (Double Room)
Term & Condition
- The guest room can be requisitioned by any teacher/officer of the university as host. The purpose of the visit of the guest must be related to the academic activities of the university.
- A maximum of two (2) approved guests are allowed to stay in this room. No one except authorized guests is allowed to stay in the room.
- A room can be requisitioned for a maximum of 30 days at a time.
- Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time is after 2 pm.
- Room rent is BDT 1,200/- per day. However, the authority reserves the right to change the room rent at any time.
- No booking will be confirmed without advance payment of the room rent.
- Payment is to be deposited to bank Account No. 034058551, Name: Provost, Sir P J Hartog International Hall, University of Dhaka, Sonali Bank, DU Campus Branch. Any type of cash transaction is strictly prohibited.
- A copy of the NID or passport of the guest is to be submitted to the office before checking in to the room.
- The authority reserves the right to cancel the room allotment without any prior notice. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
