Guidelines for Guest Room
- The guest room can be requisitioned by only a teacher/officer of the university as host. The purpose of the visit of the guest must be related to the academic activities of the university.
- A room can be requisitioned for a maximum of 30 days at a time.
- Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time is after 2 pm.
- Copy of NID or passport of the guest(s) is to be submitted to the office before checking in to the room.
- The authority reserves the right to change the room rent at any time.
- No one except authorized guest(s) is allowed to stay in the room.
- No booking will be confirmed without advance payment of the room rent.
- Payment is to be deposited to the following bank account:

9. Any type of cash transaction is strictly prohibited.
