Short Biography:
Born in the village Golachipa of Kishoreganj district. Father’s name Md. Abdul Aziz Khan and mother Begum Halima Aziz. Did BA Honors, MA, and Ph.D. degree from the University of Dhaka. Started my career as a teacher at the University of Dhaka in 1996. Study of the history of political development of Bangladesh and Muslim world is an area of interest. Beside regular teaching and research involved with various organizational activities. Life member of many national and international organizations including Bangladesh Itihas Parishad, Asiatic Society of Bangladesh, Bangla Academy, Bangladesh Itihas somiti, Poschimbanga Itihas samsad and Indian History Congress.
